Purpose

Liquid light filters are intended for testing spectrophotometers operating in the UV and visible spectral regions for compliance with the requirements of Article 2.2.25 of the European Pharmacopoeia and similar national pharmacopeias. The compositions of the light filters comply with the requirements of the pharmacopoeia.

Due to their unique properties that cannot be reproduced by solid filters, liquid filters can be used to test spectrophotometers and as part of intermediate performance tests according to ISO/IEC 17025.

Filter expiration dates are validated. Archival samples from each lot undergo ongoing stability studies to ensure full confidence in the stability of reference standards.
