Purpose

Microplate mount for light filters is currently the most effective solution for testing the performance of microplate photometers, spectrophotometers, fluorimeters, luminometers.

Most often, this device is used to check the performance of ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays).

The microplate mount allows the use of the most common 12.5 mm thick (10 mm optical path) light filters (solid or liquid) for testing microplate-type (96-well) devices, which are available in most laboratories or can be easily purchased.

Our microplate mount solves the following problems:

• a real opportunity to check microplate analyzers of any manufacturer – the microplate mount complies with the standard for microplates;
• you can check for any characteristics, including checking the wavelength scale, absorption accuracy, scattered spectrum level, resolution – it all depends on the light filter you install;
• can be checked using the spectrum of holmium in perchloric acid, as required by article 2.2.25 of the pharmacopoeia;
• the characteristics of the analyzers can be checked in any well of the microplate to assess the heterogeneity of the metrological characteristics;
• It is possible to use cuvette-type light filters (12.5 * 12.5 mm), which are already legalized in the field of legal metrology (type approved).
