Before contacting us, please prepare:
— the name of your organization;
— the article number (code) of the product (if you have lost the document for the Reference Material, the article number will be indicated in the consignment note);
— the lot number of the product (if you have lost the document for the product, the Lot number will be indicated on the primary packaging (ampoule or vial)), the serial number of the equipment.
